Register your appetite
Tell us about your firm: what you invest in, where, at what size, and what your thesis is. This stays on file and is never shared. We use it to match you with relevant opportunities when they come in.
You can update your appetite at any time by writing to us.
Submit an opportunity
If you have something to share, a co-investment you are leading, a direct acquisition, an off-market property, or anything else that fits one of our ten categories, submit it through the form.
TGC reviews every submission. If we approve it, we write a one-page brief and circulate it to relevant family offices in the network. Your identity is never disclosed in the brief. You are referred to only as "a family office" with a general location.
TGC makes the introduction
When a registered family office expresses interest in your opportunity, TGC contacts you. If you want to proceed, we share the full brief with both parties and make the formal introduction.
At that point, identities are revealed. The deal is yours to run. TGC steps back.
Pricing
The success fee
TGC charges a success fee on completed transactions. The fee is agreed in writing before TGC makes the formal introduction. It is always a percentage of the transaction value, discussed and confirmed with both parties in advance.
There are no listing fees. No subscription fees. If no deal closes, TGC earns nothing.
Discretion
Confidentiality
Everything submitted to the network is treated as confidential. One-pagers are shared only with registered, approved family offices. Full briefs are shared only when both parties have confirmed interest.

TGC facilitates introductions between family offices. We do not provide investment advice, conduct due diligence on submitted opportunities, or verify the accuracy of submitted information. All investment decisions are the responsibility of the parties involved.
