How we work

Two fee structures. One for the concierge relationship. One for the deal flow network. Both agreed in writing before anything moves.

Concierge services

The retainer and the allocation

Every engagement has two parts. A flat retainer holds the relationship: a dedicated gatekeeper, year-round planning and sourcing, and standing access across our verticals. Alongside it sits a committed annual allocation, the budget your office plans to place through us across the year, which passes through at zero margin.

The retainer is billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Annual is invoiced upfront and carries the best rate, close to two months saved against the monthly figure. Quarterly is available, pro rata. The allocation is drawn against through the year, with flights and direct restaurant bookings passing through at cost. Unused allocation rolls forward, subject to a refreshed tier if it changes materially. Where a partner relationship exists, it is disclosed on request.

Reporting and review

Each quarter your office receives a consolidated review covering engagements completed, suppliers used, budget drawn, budget remaining, and any variances. Delivered in PDF, with underlying data in an editable spreadsheet on request.

We meet quarterly, in person or virtually, to walk through the review. The annual reconciliation includes a forward look at the following year.

Deal flow network

Success fee only

No listing fees. No subscription. No charge to join or submit. TGC earns a success fee only when a transaction introduced through the network closes. The fee is agreed in writing with both parties before TGC makes the formal introduction.

No cost to join the network, submit an opportunity, or register your appetite.

TGC circulates the brief

TGC writes the one-pager and sends it to relevant family offices. No charge.

Mutual interest confirmed

TGC agrees the success fee in writing with both parties before making the formal introduction.

Transaction closes

TGC earns the agreed success fee. If no deal closes, TGC earns nothing.
