Terms of Participation
TGC Family Office Network. Effective 10 May 2026.
1. What TGC does
The Gatekeepers Club ("TGC") operates this platform to facilitate introductions between family offices and other investment principals. TGC reviews submitted opportunities, produces one-page deal briefs, and introduces parties when there is mutual interest. TGC does not provide investment advice, conduct due diligence, verify the accuracy of submitted information, or act as a financial intermediary in any regulated sense.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing shared through the TGC Family Office Network constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to invest, or an offer to sell any security. All information is provided for introductory purposes only. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. You should seek independent legal, financial, and tax advice before entering any transaction.
3. Confidentiality
All information received through this network (deal briefs, one-pagers, and introductions) is confidential. You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any such information to third parties outside the intended purpose of evaluating a potential transaction. This obligation survives termination of your participation in the network.
4. Anonymity
The identity of opportunity submitters is not disclosed in deal briefs. Submitters are referred to only by category and general geography. Full identity is revealed only when both parties confirm interest and TGC makes the formal introduction. By submitting an opportunity, you consent to TGC circulating an anonymised brief to registered members of the network.
5. Success fee
TGC charges a success fee on completed transactions introduced through this network. The applicable fee is agreed in writing with both parties before TGC makes the formal introduction. No fee is charged unless a transaction closes. The success fee structure is published on this platform and may be updated from time to time.
6. Accuracy of submissions
By submitting an opportunity or registering a profile, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. TGC reserves the right to reject any submission or registration without explanation. You are responsible for ensuring that any opportunity submitted does not breach any confidentiality obligation, non-disclosure agreement, or applicable law.
7. Membership
Membership of the TGC Family Office Network is by invitation and at TGC's sole discretion. TGC may approve, decline, or revoke membership at any time. Membership confers no right to receive any minimum number of opportunities or introductions.
8. Limitation of liability
TGC is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from participation in this network, including any loss arising from a transaction introduced through it. TGC makes no representation as to the quality, viability, or completeness of any opportunity submitted by third parties.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
